fried bacon wrapped filet of Mississippi catfish stuffed with crab meat au gratin and crowned with a broiled jumbo shrimp, tart cider butter sauce

GRILLED FILLET OF CHESAPEAKE ROCKFISH
on carmelized vidalia onions with tomato coulis and warm sherry vinaigrette, grits cake and velvet sweet potatoes

SEAFOOD DIANE
grilled filet of tonight's fish topped with saute of ocean scallops and shiitake in sauce diane and lump crab meat

FILET MARDI GRAS
boiled filet mignon of certified angus with a crab meat au gratin stuffed pastry beignet, sauce bearnaise and a 3 oz. broiled Maine lobster tail

SALMON PANZANELLA
pan seared filet topped with lump crab meat on panzanella of chopped tomato, cucumber, celery, red onion with raspberry vinaigrette and croutons
