ROCKFISH AND SCALLOPS DIANE
grilled filets of Chesapeake rockfish topped with saute of ocean scallops and shiitake in sauce diane and lump crabmeat

PEPPERCORN CRUSTED FILET OF YELLOWFIN TUNA
and broiled jumbo shrimp on a creamy hash of applewood smoked scallops and bacon with sweet pickeled vidalias - accompanied by grits cake

GRILLED FILETS OF CHESAPEAKE ROCKFISH
on caramelized vidalia onions with tomato coulis and warm sherry vinaigrette - accompanied by cornbread pie and velvet sweet potatoes

blackened filet of Louisiana redfish with crawfish etoufffee and fried shrimp

This delightfully light and fruity red from the Willamette Valley has flavors of raspberry, cherry, and cassis. An excellent match with seafood as well as beef and chicken

2004 KIM CRAWFORD SAUVIGNON BLANC, New Zealand . . . 7.95 / glass
This very aromatic wine bursts with tart flavors of melon, spice, and apple. Received a 91 rating from Wine Spectacular.
